What you send us: name, email, company and message when you email us or send a booking or contact request.

What your browser tells us, only if you accept cookies: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser, and how you arrived. We use Google Analytics for this, and the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram advertising measurement).

Always: your IP address is processed by our web host and by Google Tag Manager so the page can load.

When you first visit, a banner asks you to accept or decline. If you decline, we set no analytics or advertising cookies and send nothing to the Meta Pixel. Google's tag may send a basic, cookie-free measurement ping. Your choice is stored in one cookie, sg_consent, for 12 months. You can change it at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the page, or by clearing your cookies.

To answer you, run bookings and projects, measure which pages are used, and improve the site. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers that process it for us: Google (Analytics and Tag Manager), Meta (pixel), our website host and email providers. They may use it only to provide their service.

Messages and project correspondence for as long as the relationship lasts and a reasonable time after; Google Analytics data for 14 months.

Depending on where you live (for example the EU, the UK or California) you can ask to see, correct, delete or export your data, to object to or restrict its use, and to withdraw consent at any time. Write to hello@zsofiakrone.com. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Our providers may process data in the United States and elsewhere under standard contractual protections.
